Kansas basketball vs Duke score prediction

Kansas won’t have the benefit of a home crowd inside Allen Fieldhouse in this game, and also might not have freshman guard Darryn Peterson available. Without Peterson, or even with a limited Peterson, it’s tough to see KU winning this matchup. Look for Duke to come away with an 80-72 win.
